Is a cancellation of my order possible? Until what stage of progress can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately flashingsmate can’t accept a cancellation once the order has been placed and the manufacturing process has been started.
Is it possible to follow the manufacturing process?
flashingsmate will advise expected ETA and will inform you when the order has left our workshop.
Is there a minimum/maximum order quantity/amount?
No, there is no minimum order. From the one off, to small series, to large supply of standard flashings.
What is the maximum order length for flashings?
Standard flashings are supplied in 2450mm and 3050mm length, custom made flashings can be manufactured up to a length of 6400mm, depending on material thickness. Please visit our
Do I have to register to order or can I order without registration?
No, there is no need to register. However for returning customers or trade customers registration will make it easier for future purchases.
Payments
Do I have to pay in advance or is it possible to open an account with Flashingsmate?
Usually Payment is expected in advance via paypal online, into our designated bank account. For approved trade customers payment on invoice is possible.
Delivery
How will the consignment be packaged, are there any additional costs involved?
The flashings will be carefully packaged to avoid any damage. There might be a surcharge for packaging, depending on size of order and profile. For standard flashings the packaging is included in our price.
What will the delivery time be?
Stocked standard items will be shipped same day when order and payment are received before 12noon. Lead time for custom-made items will be advised when your order has been placed.
Is a Saturday delivery available?
A Saturday delivery is only possible on special request , but additional charges will incur. Please get in with flashingsmate and we will advise if this option is available and what the additional costs will be.

What to do about damaged goods/flashings?
Please check the consignment when it arrives, if damage is obvious, e.g. ripped, dented or opened packaging, please note the damage on the delivery docket, take pictures if possible and flashingsmate immediately.
What happens when I am not satisfied with my order, how do I handle return of goods or changes?
To avoid mistakes, it is very important that you check your drawings for accuracy before you place the order since we do not take responsibility for any mistakes shown on the order. If however we have supplied you with the wrong product or a mistake has been made on our side, we will either replace the item free of charge or refund the paid amount.
